Return Policy
 
 Daly Music wants you to be satisfied with your purchase!

Customers may return products for refund by requesting a Return Authorization within thirty (30) days of delivery. (Please see below for policy exceptions and for information on returning any Damaged or Defective Merchandise.) The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways. Items with Free Shipping or shipping included in the price will have actual shipping & handling costs deducted from the purchase price refund. No returns are accepted after 30 days.

How do I return a product?
 
Daly Music is committed to assisting customers with their returns!
 
Please email your return request to us at CustomerCare@dalymusic.com. We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for sending an item back.
 
NOTE: We cannot accept returned packages without a Return Authorization Number.
 
To ensure full credit, please make sure your returned product is:
• in the original packaging and includes all materials (accessories, owner’s manuals, warranty cards, literature, etc.) that shipped with the product;
• in new condition (items and accompanying materials cannot show signs of wear or use).
 


Exceptions to our Return Policy
 
Due to copyright laws and similar concerns, products from the following categories may only be returned if they are unopened, defective, or damaged in transit:

• Recording Media (Cassettes, Open Reel tape, etc.).
• Printed or Recorded Material, Software, or bundled software items.
• Instrument Components (electronic parts, fuses, etc.).
• Care/Cleaning Products, Cymbals, Drumheads, Drumsticks, Instrument Strings, and Rosin.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise
 
If your package has arrived damaged or tampered with, please contact us and/or the carrier right away. Keep all packaging and merchandise exactly the way you received them. In the rare event that you receive a defective product, the manufacturer will repair or replace the item for you. All claims for damage or defects must be made within three (3) business days of receipt.
 
We will do our best to assist you in obtaining a replacement item as quickly as possible!

Credit and Return Time
 
Please allow a minimum of two weeks from the time we receive your return for your refund or product re-shipment to arrive. If you paid by credit card, allow up to two billing cycles for the credit refund to appear on your statement. Credit card returns will receive a credit for purchase price only, excluding shipping and handling charges, and issued to the credit card you used at purchase.* For purchases made with checks or Money Orders, you will receive a refund in the form of a company check.
 
* We reserve the right to issue refunds with a company check, Money Order, or cash.
 


Refusal of Delivery
 
If you refuse a delivery, miss your delivery appointment(s), or provide non-deliverable address information, it is considered a Refusal of Delivery. If an item is refused for any reason (other than showing obvious signs of damage), you are responsible for all shipping, handling and other costs involved in the delivery and return process. Please note that restocking fees will apply if you refuse delivery or as a result of any delivery exceptions.
 

 
Canceling your Order
 
If you would like to cancel an order, please call 1-877-241-5601 as soon as possible. We will do our best to stop your order item(s) from being processed and/or shipped – but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop a shipment in time.  (We pride ourselves on shipping orders as quickly as possible, which is one reason why customers love us!)
 
DalyMusic.com reserves the right to cancel any order due to price changes by manufacturers or vendors, pricing errors, omissions, mistakes, or for any other reason. Although we will make every effort to fill your order, we may on occasion show incorrect information on our website regarding product pricing, descriptions, availability, and/or other information. In such instances, customer service will notify you of the error and ask if you would like to cancel the order or proceed with the correct information.
