Daly Music is a family run musical instrument shop – big enough to offer the best possible deals, but not so big that we don’t care about each and every customer’s order!  Our smaller size allows us to focus on individual customer needs, and we enjoy building close relationships with customers (it’s the best part of our job!); but at times we get really busy and may be unable to answer your call.

If you call us and we don’t personally answer the phone – please leave a voice message.  We promise to get back to you as soon as possible!  Alternatively, you can send us an email.  (We spend much of the day glued to our computer screens; so we usually answer emails pretty quickly.)  Just send your email to us at: CustomerCare@dalymusic.com
