When do we answer our Toll-Free phone number?
Daly Music is a family run musical instrument shop – big enough to offer great deals, but not so big that we don't care about each and every customer’s order! Our smaller size also allows us to build and maintain close relationships with customers (which is the best part of our job!); but at times we get really busy and may be unable to answer your call.
If you call us and we don’t personally answer the phone – please leave a voice message. We promise to get back to you as soon as possible! Alternatively, you can send us an email. Daly Music wants you to be satisfied with your musical instrument purchase!
We have a 30-Day "No Hassle" Return Policy and will accept returns of almost any item we sell within 30 days of delivery. In addition, if your return request results from an error on our end, we will pay the return shipping costs and ship an identical replacement item!
