Portable Scorch files can be transposed up or down into any key and
the melody line can be rewritten for most instruments.

When you unzip the file, just
save the 2 files, 10000075.sco and 10000075.htm
on to your desktop or other location.
Make sure that both files on are in the same folder or both on the
desktop as they need to reside in the same location.
The reason is when you double-click on the .htm file it expects
the
matching .sco file to be in the same location.
Once the 2 files have
been saved, double-click on the 10000075.htm file and the
scorch file will open in your default browser where you can play,
transpose and print unlimited copies!
TIP: You can rename the htm file to anything you want such as
MapleLeafRag.htm to make it easier to find your music. Do not change the .htm extension

Scorch files are our
encrypted files for displaying sheet music through most browsers and are
compatible with both PC and Mac.
What music is
available as a Portable Scorch file?
The vast majority of Scorch files can be printed 2 times once you have paid for
the file and the as these titles are still copyright protected.
You also need to be on line to view and print these files.

on line to print the files, but not with a portable Scorch file!
So what can I do with a portable Scorch
file?
A portable Scorch file is a
the same file that you would see on our site, except we have encrypted
the file differently so you can actually copy it from your computer to
another computer such as in a school lab, or to a laptop that you can
take with you on the road, or from a church computer to a home computer.
